The head of state announced this in a comment to journalists in Brussels, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

Therefore, we will once again emphasize that it is time to end the aggression, it is time to end this war,” said Zelensky.
He stressed that if Russian leader Vladimir Putin does not want to end the war, “we will not sit quietly, we will respond.”
The President noted that today’s successful strike on Moscow was a response to the recent Russian attack on Kyiv, particularly on the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
“You all see, despite the three rings of air defense in Moscow, we said we would reach them. The response must be strong and just. They attacked the Lavra, and during our meeting with journalists at the Lavra, I said quite frankly: we will prepare a response, and you will see it. I think you are seeing it,” the head of state emphasized.
He added that following the G7 summit, partners believe that Ukraine, according to Zelensky, “fully supports ending the war, and Putin is doing everything possible not to directly answer the questions of a ceasefire and ending the war.”
“Therefore, I believe we must increase pressure. Of course, I am talking about pressure of various kinds. These are not only Ukraine’s ‘long-range sanctions’ but also partner sanctions, energy, the shadow fleet, energy, oil, gas, banking system, weapons, defense industry – everything possible to make Russia feel that there is no point in fighting. The main thing is that the people of Russia should start feeling that, honestly speaking, only one person is at war – Putin, and the people are paying for everything,” said Zelensky.
