Lyudmyla and David lost in two tie-breaks to Alexandra Panova (neutral status) and Yuki Bhambri (India) – 6:7 (2:7), 6:7 (4:7), reports Ukrinform.
Kichenok and Pell played together for the first time and spent almost two hours on the court.
The Ukrainian woman made her sixth appearance in the mixed doubles at “Roland Garros” and lost in the opening match for the first time.
