Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina defeated Slovenian Polona Hercog in the quarterfinals of the competition in two sets – 7:6 (7:4), 6:2 and reached the semi-finals, Ukrinform reports.
For a place in the final decisive match, Kalinina will face Tamara Zidanšek (Slovenia), whom Anhelina beat two weeks ago in the final of the WTA 125 tournament in Antalya (Turkey).
As reported by BTU, this will be the fourth semi-final for Kalinina in her fourth consecutive tournament.
Recall that the tournament in Dubrovnik will end on March 19.
