Zelenskyy awarded another 376 military personnel, 108 of them posthumously 05.06.2026 09:40 Ukrinform President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has honored another 376 defenders of Ukraine with state awards, 108 of them posthumously.
As Ukrinform reports, the corresponding decree No. 480/2026 is published on the head of state’s website.
The documents indicate that the awards were granted for personal courage shown in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and for selfless fulfillment of military duty.
The defenders received the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, “For Courage,” and the medals “For Military Service of Ukraine” and “Defender of the Fatherland.”
As Ukrinform reported, Zelenskyy posthumously conferred the title of Hero of Ukraine on six servicemen, five of them posthumously.
