World champion in WBO, WBA, IBF, IBO versions Oleksandr Usyk won the WBC belt, knocking out Dutchman Rico Verhoeven in the 11th round, Ukrinform reports.
Usyk remains undefeated in professional boxing.
It should be noted that the victory over Verhoeven is the 25th in Oleksandr’s professional career (25-0, 15 KOs). Usyk successfully defended his championship titles for the sixth consecutive time after moving to the heavyweight division.
